Steaks

Ingredients

  • Four 8-ounce filets
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place filets in the Copper Chef pan and cook for 4 minutes on each side
  • Place the pan in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes
  • Let filets sit for 10 minutes
  • Serve

Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds ground beef, browned
  • 3 cups tomato sauce
  • 3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 pack ready bake lasagna shells
  • 1 cup grated Parmigianino cheese

Directions

  • Mix the ricotta cheese, eggs, a ½ cup of Parmigianino and a ¼ cup of mozzarella and set aside
  • Pour ¾ of a cup of tomato sauce into the Copper Chef pan
  • Place a layer of lasagna shells on top of the sauce
  • Spoon half of the ricotta mix on top of the shells
  • Add another layer of shells pressing the ricotta mix to spread it
  • Place the ground beef on top of the shells and pour 1 cup of tomato sauce on the meat
  • Add another layer of shells and the rest of the ricotta mix on top
  • Add the final layer of lasagna shell
  • Pour on the rest of the sauce and spread evenly
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top
  • Place the pan on the stove on low heat for 1 ½ hours or place in the oven for an hour on 375 degrees
  • Serve

Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 1 liquid quart buttermilk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons smoke paprika
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Vegetable oil for fryin

Directions

  • Add the oil to the Copper Chef pan and preheat to 375 degrees
  • In a separate bowl add the chicken and buttermilk and refrigerate for an hour
  • On another platter with flour mix in all the spices
  • Dredge the chicken in flour
  • Place the fry basket into the oil
  • Slowly drop the battered chicken into the preheated oil
  • Cook until chicken is golden brown
  • Pull up the fry basket once the chicken is cooked and rest the basket on the side of the pan using the hook on the side of the basket. Let the chicken drain off any excess oil
  • Serve
